Monthly or yearly via Mollie with a PDF invoice. Cancel any time: your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and files are never deleted.
Pricing questions.
Can I buy a plan just for myself?
Yes. All you need is a Dazr account: choose Personal on your Plan page, pay with a card or another method through Mollie, and the extra space is there at once. You manage your plan, your invoices and your payment method yourself.
Who counts as a consumer?
You do when you buy For you, for private use. If you buy for a business, also as a freelancer, choose For your company: prices exclude VAT, you get a business invoice, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. A freelancer can give a Personal plan to themselves there.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw within 14 days. We refund what you paid; if at that moment you store more than the Free plan includes, we keep a proportionate amount for the days you used it. After that you can cancel any time, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Can my company pay for my plan?
Yes. An organisation can buy Personal plans and give them to its members. If you already pay for Personal yourself, your own plan stops renewing when your organisation gives you one, and you keep it until the end of the period you paid for. If your organisation takes the plan back, or you leave, you go back to Free, or to your own plan.
What happens to my files if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Above the Free storage you can still open and download everything, but you cannot add new files until you are within it again.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. A year costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Adding storage during a period costs only the rest of that period; less storage or yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
How is VAT handled?
For people, the prices include the VAT of the country you live in. For companies, prices exclude VAT: Italian companies pay Italian VAT, and companies in another EU country with a confirmed VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule.
